     【摘要】目的：研究子宫肌瘤的CT表现。方法：回顾性分析40例经病理证实的子宫肌瘤的CT表现。结果：根据部位可以分为粘膜下肌瘤15例、肌壁间肌瘤15例、浆膜下肌瘤10例。有时候会出现多种变性：例如玻璃样变、脂肪变、囊性变、钙化及红色样变。结论：CT在子宫肌瘤的临床诊断中具有重要价值。
