【摘 要】目的：探究集束化干预护理运用在新生儿肺炎护理中的效果。方法：选取我院收治的新生儿肺炎患者55例，随机分组为常规护理组(n=27例)和集束化护理组(n=28例)，并对护理后产生的不良反应问题进行比较。结果：集束化护理组不良反应发生率7.14%显著低于常规护理组不良反应发生率29.63%(P<0.05)。结论：为对不良反应发生问题进行改善，护理人员需要对新生儿实施集束化护理措施。
