【摘 要】目的：研究骨科康复护理在患者脊柱脊髓损伤术后的应用效果。方法：选取我院80名脊柱脊髓损伤的患者，在他们进行术后骨科康复治疗的同时，对他们采用康复护理的治疗方法。研究时间为1个月。结果：通过研究发现SAS的评分降低，而FMA和Barthe1 的评分都升高。结论：在脊柱脊髓损伤术后采用骨科康复护理可以增强手术效果，减少患者的焦虑程度，减少其他并发症的产生，对于患者恢复脊柱脊髓功能有重要作用。
