     【摘要】目的：探讨MRCP对胆总管梗阻性疾病的影像诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析经病理确诊的30例胆总管梗阻性疾病患者的磁共振影像资料。结果：30例患者中胆总管结石20例、胆总管炎性狭窄4例、胆总管癌6例，MRCP诊断胆总管梗阻性疾病的准确为88%。结论：MRCP对胆总管梗阻性疾病的定性诊断具有重要的鉴别诊断价值。
