【摘 要】目的：探讨MRI对小脑HB的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析25例HB患者的MRI特点。结果：单发23例，多发2例。19例表现为大囊小结节型，实质型4例，单纯囊型2例。大囊小结节型囊液呈长T1长T2信号，实性结节呈等T1等T2信号，增强后囊壁可见强化，结节明显强化;实质型瘤周存在水肿，肿瘤明显强化，囊型坏死区未见强化;单纯囊型，未见明显强化。结论：MRI对诊断小脑HB有重要应用价值。
