【摘 要】目的：总结腮腺基底细胞腺瘤(basal cell adenoma，BCA)的MRI特点，以提高该病的诊断水平。方法：回顾性分析10例腮腺基底细胞腺瘤患者的MRI影像特点。结果：10 例均为单侧单发，女性7例，男性3例。所有病灶边界清晰，内部信号均匀(2例)或不均匀(8例)，时间-信号曲线8例呈速升-平台/缓降型，2例呈速升-速降型。结论：腮腺基底细胞腺瘤MRI表现有一定的特征性，对临床术前制定治疗方案有一定意义。
