【摘 要】目的：研究射频消融联合肝动脉化疗栓塞对原发性肝癌疗效的影响。方法：48例入组研究对象均为本院收治的原发性肝癌患者。对其进行随机入组分配，各24例。对比组肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗，实验组联合射频消融治疗，对比临床疗效。结果：实验组治疗有效率高于对比组，且生存率都比对比组高(P<0.05)。结论：射频消融联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗原发性肝癌，效果确切。
