乳腺癌根治术后患者生活质量影响因素分析(1)
【摘 要】目的：探究乳腺癌根治術后患者生活质量影响因素。方法：选取2017年2月-2019年10月期间来我院肿瘤科行乳腺癌根治术患者115例，作为本研究对象。预先评估患者术后机体功能性及生存期限等，先采用FACT-B中文版(V4.0)量表评价患者术前生活质量(QOL)。后采用Logisitic回归方程分析影响乳腺癌根治术后患者生活质量的影响性因素。结果：术后患者躯体状况、社会状况，心理状况，功能状况、性功能评分均高于术前(P<0.05)，术后身体形象问题评分低于术后(P<0.05)，婚姻状况、年龄、手术方式、经济状况、文化程度均为影响乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的关键性因素(P<0.05)。结论：在肿瘤科乳腺癌患者行根治手术后影响其生活治疗的因素诸多，其中文化程度、婚姻状况、年龄、手术方式、经济状况等均为关键性因素，在术前需做好相关调查，给予行乳腺癌根治术患者有效建议。

Analysis of factors influencing quality of life after radical operation of breast cancer
【Abstract】objective： to explore the factors influencing the quality of life of patients after radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods： a total of 115 cases of patients who underwent radical mastectomy in the department of oncology of our hospital from February 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. The postoperative functional function and survival time of the patients were evaluated in advance， and the preoperative quality of life (QOL) of the patients was evaluated by the Chinese version of FACT-B scale (V4.0). Logisitic regression equation was used to analyze the influencing factors on the quality of life of patients after radical mastectomy. Results： postoperative patients body condition， social status， psychological status， functional status， sexual score were higher than preoperative (P < 0.05)， postoperative body image problems score below postoperative (P < 0.05)， marital status， age， degree of operation method， economy， culture are the key factors influencing the postoperative breast cancer patients quality of life (P < 0.05). Conclusion： there are many factors influencing the life treatment of patients with breast cancer in oncology department after radical surgery， among which education level， marital status， age， surgical method and economic status are all the key factors. Relevant investigations should be made before surgery to give effective Suggestions to patients undergoing radical mastectomy., 百拇医药(石代红 施隆琴)
