【摘 要】目的：分析肾上腺髓脂瘤的CT表现特点。方法：回顾性分析10例经手术病理证实的肾上腺髓脂瘤的CT表现。结果：10例患者中右侧6例，左侧4例。10例均呈圆形或椭圆形肿块，可见脂肪密度，增强扫描呈轻度强化。结论：CT扫描有助于肾上腺髓质瘤的术前诊断。
