瑞舒伐他汀钙联合丹田降脂丸治疗高脂血症的临床观察(1)
【摘 要】目的：观察瑞舒伐他汀钙联合丹田降脂丸治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法：随机选择40例高脂血症患者，给予口服瑞舒伐他汀钙和丹田降脂丸，疗程4周。分别于治疗前及治疗4周后观察所有患者空腹血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的变化。结果：与治疗前比较，治疗后患者的TC、TG和LDL-C水平显著下降(P<0.01和P<0.05)，HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05)。结论：瑞舒伐他汀钙联合丹田降脂丸治疗高脂血症具有显著的疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Rosuvastatin Calcium Combing withDantian Jiangzhi Pill in Treatment to Hyperlipidemia

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical effects of rosuvastatin calcium combing with dantian jiangzhi pill (丹田降脂丸) in treatment to the hyperlipidemia.Methods： The 40 hyperlipidemia patients randomly were selected and were taken orally the rosuvastatin calcium and dantian jiangzhi pill. The periods of treatment were four week. The changes of serum levels on an empty stomach of total cholesterol (TC)， triglyceride (TG)， high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) respectively were observed before treatment and four week after treatment in all patients.Results：The level of TC， TG and LDL-C apparently decreased (P<0.01 and P<0.05) and the level of HDL-C apparently increased (P<0.05) in the patients after treatment in contrast to before treatment. Conclusions： The rosuvastatin calcium combing with dantian jiangzhi pill in treatment to the hyperlipidemia has obvious therapeutic effects and is valuable in clinically to popularize and to apply.

高脂血癥又称为脂质代谢异常，是指血液中脂质含量超过正常标准。高脂血症的主要危害是导致动脉粥样硬化，进而引起众多相关疾病。大量研究资料表明，高脂血症是脑卒中、冠心病、心肌梗死的危险因素[1]。现市场上常用的降血脂药物主要有他汀类、贝特类、烟酸类、胆酸螯合剂类及部分中草药等[2]。我院采用瑞舒伐他汀钙联合丹田降脂丸治疗高脂血症，取得了满意的疗效，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 病例选择随机选择2018年1月～2019年9月本院门诊和住院的高脂血症患者40例，诊断标准参考《中国成人血脂异常防治指南》[3]，这些患者在临床已排除患有糖尿病和心脑血管疾病，其中男22例、女18例，年龄25～82岁(平均57.8±12.2岁)。
1.2 治疗方法所有患者均给予口服瑞舒伐他汀钙片(舒夫坦，南京先声东元制药有限公司，每片10mg)，10mg/d;口服丹田降脂丸(宏兴，广东宏兴集团股份有限公司宏兴制药厂，每盒20g)，2 g/次，2次/d。疗程4周。, 百拇医药(林国敬 张远荣 阮国梅 陈社财)
