     【摘要】目的：探讨中西医结合治疗与护理小儿肺炎的效果。方法：本院针对2019年1月-2020年1月收治的30例肺炎儿童进行，所有儿童均接受中西医结合治疗，但按照数字表法分为用常规护理的参照组和用综合护理的观察组，各15例，比较两组的并发症情况。结果：治疗和护理后，参照组的并发症情况显著高于观察组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗和综合护理提高了患儿的出院速度，值得使用。
