白虎汤联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病急性高血糖的临床疗效分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析白虎汤联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病急性高血糖的临床疗效。方法 选取该院2012年6月—2015年6月收治的120例2型糖尿病急性高血糖患者作为该次实验的研究对象，按照药物治疗的差异，将120例病患分为两个不同的小组，并将其分别命名为研究组以及对照组，对照组采取胰岛素进行治疗，研究组在其基础上为患者提供白虎汤的治疗，治疗结束后，对两组患者的临床效果进行对比。结果 研究组患者治疗前，空腹血糖为(10.25±2.47)mmol/L，治疗后为(7.23±1.03)mmol/L；对照组患者治疗前为(10.37±2.46)mmol/L，治疗后为(8.89±1.18)mmol/L，治疗后研究组(95.00%)患者的血糖指标明显优于对照组(83.33%)患者，组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后，研究组患者的临床效果明显优于对照组患者，组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 白虎汤联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病急性高血糖的临床疗效明显，可使其血糖得到有效的降低，改善其生活质量，值得在临床上广泛的推广与应用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effects of Baihu Decoction combined with insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with acute hyperglycemia. Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes and acute hyperglycemia admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were taken as the subjects and divided into two groups， the study group and the control group in accordance with different treatment regimen. Both groups were treated by insulin， the study group were additionally given Baihu Decoction. After treatment， the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment， the fasting blood glucose level was (10.25±2.47) mmol/L and (10.37±2.46) mmol/L respectively in the study group and the control group， after treatment， the fasting blood glucose level was (7.23±1.03) mmol/L and (8.89±1.18) mmol/L respectively in the study group and the control group， the proportion of patients with better fasting blood glucose level was higher in the study group than that in the control group(95.00% vs 83.33%) (P<0.05). The clinical effect was significantly better in the study group than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effects of Baihu Decoction combined with insulin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with acute hyperglycemia are obvious， which can effectively reduce the blood glucose level， and improve the quality of life， thus it should be widely promoted and applied in the clinical practice.

2型糖尿病是内分泌科一种常见的(代谢紊乱)疾病[1]。该次实验选该院120例2型糖尿病急性高血糖患者进行观察以及分析，对其中60例患者实施了析白虎汤以及胰岛素的联合治疗方式，其临床效果令人比较满意，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
在2012年6月—2015年6月期间来该院接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者中选择120例作为该次实验的研究目标，患者在入院后，经全面的临床诊断以及检查，病情得到了确诊。根据其治疗手段的不同，将符合症状的病患分为研究组(n=60例)以及对照组(n=60例)两个不同的小组。研究组中，男34，女26例，年龄为38～72岁，平均年龄为(54.5±3.7)岁，发病时间为1～6年，平均发病时间为(3.2±1.2)年；对照组中，男35例，女25例，年龄为39～72岁，平均年龄为(55.5±3.2)岁，发病时间为2～6年，平均发病时间为(3.8±2.4)年；排除标准：①不配合该次实验的患者；②肝肾功能存在严重缺陷的患者；③年龄超过80岁的患者；④血液疾病患者；研究组以及对照组在性别与年龄等方面比较，差异差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，有可比性。, http://www.100md.com(汪艳茹)
