[摘要] 目的 研究糖尿病周围神经病变的药物治疗及疗效。方法 选取该院2014年1月—2016年1月收治的83例糖尿病周围神经病变患者。随机分组，硫辛酸组用硫辛酸治疗；联用药组用硫辛酸+法舒地尔治疗，对比效果。结果 联用药组相比于硫辛酸组总有效率更高，MNCV、SNCV、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白改善更显著，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病周围神经病变用硫辛酸+法舒地尔治疗效果确切，可有效改善患者血糖和神经传导，值得推广。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the drug therapies and therapeutic effects for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods Trial subjects： 83 patients with DPN treated between Jan. 2014 and Jan. 2016 in our hosiptal were enrolled in this study.
