[摘要] 目的 探讨腰交感神经节毁损治疗糖尿病足神经痛的疗效。方法 选取2011年5月—2015年5月确诊的96例糖尿病足神经痛患者，随机分成对照组(75%酒精毁损)和观察组(腰交感神经节射频毁损和75%酒精毁损)各48例，比较治疗效果和VAS疼痛评分。结果 观察组有效率为97.9%，VAS疼痛评分为(2.91±0.53)分，对照组有效率为70.8%，VAS疼痛评分为(4.53±0.49)分(P<0.05)。结论 腰交感神经节毁损治疗糖尿病足神经痛的临床效果满意。
