[摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预对2型糖尿病患儿治疗依从性的影响。方法 选取2012年12月—2015年6月儿科收治的204例2型糖尿病患儿，随机分成对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理干预)各102例，比较患儿的依从性和患儿家属满意度。结果 观察组患儿的饮食依从性(84.3%)、运动依从性(79.4%)、药物依从性(97.1%)和患儿家属满意度(100%)均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对2型糖尿病患儿实施护理干预可以明显提高其治疗依从性，值得应用。
