[摘要] 糖尿病是一种慢性疾病，严重影响患者的身体健康，并降低患者的生活质量。治疗糖尿病患者时，不能仅仅依靠药物治疗，患者的自我管理有着十分重要的作用，从当前来看，糖尿病患者自我管理意识比较差，而且其中存在的影响因素比较多，该文对糖尿病患者的自我管理现状及影响因素做出综述。
