[摘要] 目的 探讨52例糖尿病合并肺结核的胸部X线及CT分析。方法 回顾性分析该院收治的52例糖尿病合并肺结核患者临床资料，患者均进行胸部X线及CT检查，比较两种影像检查的结果差异，并分析其影像学表现。 结果 CT检查组空洞、小结节征及大片实变影的检出率分别为67.3%、51.9%、82.7%显著高于X线检查组46.2%、26.9%及61.5%，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胸部CT及X线检查诊断糖尿病合并肺结核具有其特征性，临床应综合分析以提高其诊断敏感性，值得临床选择。
