[摘要] 目的 观察辛伐他汀联合舒洛地特临床治疗因糖尿病导致的下肢血管病变效果。 方法 选取该院收治的96例下肢血管病变患者，按照入院先后分为单一组与联合组，每组48例。结果 治疗后单一组较联合组患肢疼痛感减轻、间歇性跛行恢复效果差(P<0.05)；治疗后联合组较单一组患者血流速度、阻力指数、搏动指数指标恢复好(P<0.05)。结论 为有效治疗糖尿病引发的下肢血管病变，改善患者症状，提高治疗效果，临床可采用辛伐他汀与舒洛地特联合用药，患者恢复快、好。
