自噬在糖尿病肾病发病机制中的作用(2)
综上所述,自噬在肾脏的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要的作用,通过干预自噬可以达到保护肾脏、延缓肾脏疾病进展的目的,通过调控自噬维持细胞器官功能稳定或缺氧等应激状态下的细胞代谢平衡,将有望为糖尿病肾脏疾病等代谢性疾病找到新临床治疗途径。
