[摘要] 目的 探讨老年糖尿病患者的临床护理对策。方法 收集并整理2010年2月—2014年10月期间住院治疗的144例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料及护理经验总结。 结果 有效地消除了老年糖尿病患者的心理问题，改善了老年糖尿病患者的生活质量。 结论 老年糖尿病患者接受治疗的同时，心理、饮食、药物护理及健康教育是树立其克服糖尿病困扰的信心，提高生活质量的有效途径。
