[摘要] 目的 探讨640容积CT血管造影在糖尿病下肢动脉疾病中的诊断价值。方法 选择分析2013年2月—2015年2月于该院60例糖尿病下肢动脉疾病患者640层容积CT血管造影及血管数字减影术的诊断资料。结果 二者诊断结果一致为684段。以血管数字减影结果为金标准，640层容积CT血管造影共高估狭窄程度18段、低估18段，阳性预测值为99.0%，阴性预测值为97.7%，经Kappa检验，K值为0.9316。两种检查一致性较高。结论 640容积CT血管造影在糖尿病下肢动脉疾病中具有较高诊断准确性，可用于糖尿病下肢动脉疾病首选检查手段。
