[摘要] 糖尿病患病率在逐年攀升，骨科手术中糖尿病患者比率也大幅提高，糖尿病患者不良手术结局风险较非糖尿病患者高。该文擬就骨科手术的特点，探讨骨科手术对糖尿病患者血糖的影响及血糖控制不佳对手术预后的影响。

    [Abstract] The morbidity rate of diabetes gradually increases， and the ratio of patients with diabetes in the orthopedic surgery also greatly increases， and the adverse operation outcome risks of patients with diabetes are higher than those of non-diabetes patients， and the paper discusses the effect of orthopedic surgery on the blood sugar of patients with diabetes and effect of worse blood sugar control on the operative prognosis.
