早期系统化护理教育干预措施在预防糖尿病足方面的应用效果(2)
该实验发现,出院后,A组的5项足部护理知识掌握度(97.09%)高于B组(90.29%),对比差异有统计學意义(P<0.05);随访12个月后,A组的足部护理知识落实度(98.06%)高于B组(91.26%),对比有差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因此,早期系统化护理教育干预能够有效预防糖尿病患者发生DF的几率,并能提高其对DF的疾病掌握度和自我护理能力,可作为科学的DF预防干预措施进行推广。
