[摘要] 目的 探究双心护理在冠心病并糖尿病护理管理中对生活质量的影响。方法 回顾性选取2013年10月—2014年10月收治的150例冠心病并糖尿病患者临床资料进行分析，将其分为对照组(73例)与研究组(77例)，对照组行常规护理，研究组行双心护理，比较两组心理状态及生活质量。 结果 研究组SAS、SDS评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)，护理后，研究组生活质量各项评分与对照组相比显著高(P<0.05)。结论 冠心病并糖尿病运用双心护理可有效缓解患者负面情绪，提升治疗效果，促进生活质量提升。
