[摘要] 目的 探讨氨溴索治疗老年糖尿病合并重症肺炎的效果。方法 选取该科2015年10月—2016年10月收治入院的156例老年糖尿病合并重症肺炎患者，随机分为2组各78例，对照组给予头孢呋辛，观察组在对照组的基础上给予氨溴索，比较两组疗效。结果 观察组总有效率为92.3%，显著优于对照组75.6%(P<0.05)；观察组临床症状消失明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 氨溴索治疗老年糖尿病合并重症肺炎，可有效改善患者症状，促进康复。
