[摘要] 目的 探讨健康教育对糖尿病初产妇产后抑郁的影响。 方法 选取2015年10月—2016年10月在该院进行产前检查并分娩的158例糖尿病初产妇，随机分为2组各79例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予健康教育。结果 观察组抑郁发生率为3.8%，显著少于对照组13.9%(P<0.05)；观察组SDS评分(37.39±8.27)分，明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病初产妇实施健康教育可降低产后抑郁发生，值得推广。
