[摘要] 作为糖尿病一项严重且较为常见的并发症，糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)同时也是导致患者失明的主要原因之一，其发生的重要病理表现便是新生血管形成。笔者对DR新生血管形成的治疗进展进行综述，以期为今后的临床治疗工作提供可靠参考依据。
