[摘要] 目的 简单分析综合护理对于糖尿病伴脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法 该院于2014年12月—2016年12月接受的70例老年糖尿病伴脑梗患者，进行观察与护理，最终对护理方式有一个合理的分析，进一步探究护理的效果。结果 通过对这些患者进行护理并观察研究发现，对已经确诊的糖尿病伴脑梗死患者要使用科学、合理的护理方法对患者进行积极的护理这样才能对患者的恢复起到一定的作用。结论 在这些70例糖尿病伴脑梗死的患者之中，有比较大一部分患者在科室接受相关治疗，病情稳定后进行适当的住院治疗，并且大部分患者在接受了长期护理之后并且有所好转，心态更加平稳。

    [Abstract] Objective To briefly analyze the effect of general nursing on the prognosis of patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction.
