[摘要] 目的 探讨超声对妊娠糖尿病胎儿左室形态及功能的动态监测结果。方法 取2015年1月—2017年1月间该院收治的56例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇(糖尿病组)和56名正常妊娠孕妇(健康组)进行研究，对所有孕妇均实施胎儿超声心动图动态监测，对比两组胎儿左室形态及功能状况。 结果 糖尿病组胎儿IVWT、IVSs、IVSd及LCO、左室Tei指数与健康组相比明显较高，E/AMV、E/ATV与健康组相比明显较低(P<0.05)。 结论 超声对妊娠糖尿病胎儿左室形态及功能的动态监测效果显著。
