[摘要] 目的 研究观察黄芪四君子汤加味治疗气阴两虚型妊娠期糖尿病的临床效果。 方法 选取2014年1月—2016年1月期间在该院接受治疗的128例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象。按治疗方法不同，将患者分成对照组与观察组，每组64例患者。对照组给予西医药物治疗，观察组给予黄芪四君子汤加味治疗。 结果 两组患者经相应治疗后，观察组患者TC、TG、HbA1c、FBC、2 hPG情况明显优于对照组；观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.3%，明显高于对照组患者治疗总有效率为70.3%。结论 黄芪四君子汤加味治疗气阴两虚型妊娠期糖尿病能够起到降低血糖水平，提高治疗总有效率的作用，值得临床推广。
