[摘要] 目的 该研究旨在通过对患有眼部疾病的患者在医院治疗的过程中玻璃体切割术出现的重度出血的原因进行分析，并提出相应的有效可行的处理措施，为合理处置玻璃体切割术的重度玻璃体出血提供一定的借鉴和指导。方法回顾该院收治的80例眼疾患者的病例，对部分的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中病变原因不明为7例，病变原因明确的为73例。 结果 对患者执行玻璃体切割术后观察近2个月，出现重度玻璃体出血的患者有9例，其他的71例术后恢复状况良好，7只眼的视力无提高。 结论 玻璃体切割的手术在有效治疗不同原因导致的重度玻璃体出血方面具有重要意义，可广泛应用于眼部疾病的临床治疗中。
