[摘要] 目的 探讨慢性支气管炎合并糖尿病的临床护理方法及效果。方法 回顾性分析65例该院于2016年1月—2017年1月所收治的慢性支气管炎合并糖尿病患者的临床资料，对比患者护理前后的各项呼吸功能指标及血糖控制情况，并总结临床护理经验。结果 患者护理后的各项呼吸功能指标及血糖水平均明显优于护理前，护理前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性支气管合并糖尿病患者行综合护理干预可有效改善患者呼吸功能并控制患者血糖水平，有利改善患者预后，促进患者身体康复，值得在临床当中进行广泛推广。
