厄贝沙坦联合金水宝治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病疗效观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 观察厄贝沙坦联合金水宝对2型糖尿病早期肾病的疗效。 方法 将2015年1月—2016年12月间该院收治的90例糖尿病早期肾病患者随机分为厄贝沙坦联合金水宝组(治疗组)、金水宝组(对照1组)、厄贝沙坦组(对照2组)各30例。其中治疗组予以金水宝胶囊3粒/d，3次，联合厄贝沙坦片0.15 g/d，1次口服。对照1组金水宝胶囊3粒/d，3次口服，对照2组予厄贝沙坦片0.15 g/d 1次口服。4周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后尿微量白蛋白、胱抑素C变化。结果 治疗组、对照1组及对照2组治疗后与治疗前比较，尿微量白蛋白及胱抑素C均显著改善(P<0.01)，改善程度治疗组优于2个对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 厄贝沙坦片联合金水宝可有效治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病，减少尿微量白蛋白，降低胱抑素。

Clinical Effect Observation on Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Early Stage Nephropathy by Irbesartan and Jinshuibao Together

[Abstract] Objective This study tries to observe the curative effect of Irbesartan and Jinshuibao on type 2 diabeties patients with early nephropathy. Methods 90 patients with early diabetic nephropathy from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into three groups： treatment group with Irbesartan and Jinshuibao， control group one with Jinshuibao only and control group two with Irbesartan only， and with 30 cases in each group. 3 Jinshuibao tablets 3 times a day and 0.15g Irbesartan once a day were taken orally by the treatment group， 3 Jinshuibao tablets 3 times a day were taken orally by control group one， 0.15g Irbesartan once a day was taken orally by the control group two， with a course of treatment for 4 weeks. The changes of urinary microalbumin and cystatin C were observed before and after the treatment. Results The urinary microalbumin and cystatin C in the treatment group were significantly improved comparing with that in the control group one and control group two， the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the other two groups， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Irbesartan tablet combined with Jinshuibao capsule can effectively cure the type 2 diabetes patients with early nephropathy， and reduce the urinary microalbumin and cystatin C.
