[摘要] 目的 探讨和分析糖尿病不孕症病诊断中，选择X线下输卵管造影检查的实际应用意义。方法 将该院在2016年5月—2017年4月收治的36例糖尿病不孕症患者确定为分析对象，采取软造影导管，以碘佛醇作为对比剂，进行输卵管造影检查。结果 输卵管出现异常为27例，占到74.66%；输卵管出现梗阻23例，占到64.38%，其中包括完全性梗阻7例、以及不完全性的梗阻16例；输卵管走行出现异常3例，占到8.22%。 结论 X线下对输卵管实施造影检查，可以为糖尿病不孕症的确诊、以及治疗提供可靠的依据，有着明显的临床效用，有必要进行大力普及。
