[摘要] 目的 探讨尤瑞克林在糖尿病并进展性脑梗死治疗中的效果。方法 选取该院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的糖尿病合并进展性脑梗死患者88例，随机分为2组各44例，對照组给予红花黄色素，观察组在对照组的基础上给予尤瑞克林，比较疗效。 结果 观察组总有效率为90.9%，显著优于对照组77.3%(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组FPG(6.0±0.5)mmol/L、NIHSS评分(4.65±1.91)分，显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病并进展性脑梗死患者采用尤瑞克林治疗，可有效改善患者神经功能，效果显著，值得应用。
