[摘要] 目的 探讨地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果。方法 选取2017年2月—2018年2月该科收治的老年2型糖尿病患者134例，随机分为两组各67例，对照组给予地特胰岛素，观察组给予地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈，比较效果。结果 观察组总有效率为95.5%，明显优于对照组79.1%(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平及低血糖发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 老年2型糖尿病患者采用地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗，能有效控制血糖，提高治疗效果。
