[摘要] 目的 观察奥扎格雷结合阿司匹林双抗血小板治疗急性脑梗死伴糖尿病的疗效。方法 选取该院2015年2月—2018年2月期间确诊的急性脑梗死伴糖尿病患者40例，对照组行奥扎格雷治疗，研究组行奥扎格雷结合阿司匹林治疗，对比两组疗效。结果 研究组治疗总有效率、神经功能缺损评分、血小板聚集数明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 奥扎格雷结合阿司匹林双抗血小板治疗急性脑梗死伴糖尿病疗效显著。
