[摘要] 目的 分析α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对氧化应激和炎症反应的影响。方法 2016年1月—2018年1月间将120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者平均分为对照组与研究组，对照组甲钴胺治疗，研究组联合甲钴胺与α-硫辛酸治疗，观察疗效。结果 治疗后，研究组TSS评分、TCSS评分、血糖指标与氧化应激及炎症反应指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病周围神经病变，α-硫辛酸与甲钴胺联合治疗，疗效满意。
