[摘要] 目的 探讨美托洛尔辅助治疗糖尿病合并甲亢的效果。方法 选取2016年3月—2018年3月该科收治的糖尿病合并甲亢患者68例，随机分为两组各34例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予美托洛尔，比较效果。结果 观察组总有效率为91.2%，明显优于对照组67.6%(P<0.05)；观察组FPG(5.33±0.37)mmol/L、2 hPG(7.82±0.51)mmol/L明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 美托洛尔辅助治疗糖尿病合并甲亢，能有效控制患者甲亢高代谢症状，控制血糖，值得应用。
