[摘要] 目的 探讨交锁髓内钉与钢板内固定治疗糖尿病患者股骨干骨折的效果。方法 选取该科2017年5月—2018年5月收治的股骨干骨折合并糖尿病患者34例，随机分为两组各17例，观察组给予交锁髓内钉治疗，对照组给予钢板内固定治疗，比较效果。 结果 观察组出血量、手术时间、住院时间、FPG均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组优良率为94.1%，明显优于对照组76.5%(P<0.05)。 结论 交锁髓内钉治疗糖尿病患者股骨干骨折效果显著，能有效缩短手术时间，促进患者肢体功能恢复。
