[摘要] 目的 分析老年2型糖尿病患者采用瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素治疗的效果与预后情况。方法 选择该院2016年6月—2018年6月诊治的70例2型糖尿病老年患者，随机分成两组，对照组使用甘精胰岛素治疗，研究组接受瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗，比较两组治疗疗效。结果 研究组治疗后FPG(6.12±1.97)mmol/L、HbAlc(6.16±0.59)%、2 hPG(7.32±1.53)mmol/L，均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组胰岛素日用量(19.21±6.03)U、血糖达标时间(6.84±1.02)d，优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对老年2型糖尿病患者的疗效确切，可明显降低其血糖水平，减少胰岛素每日使用剂量，且药效起效迅速。
