[摘要] 目的 探讨预见性护理对糖尿病患者采血晕厥发生的效果。方法 选取2017年7月—2018年7月间在该院进行静脉采血的糖尿病患者350例，随机分为2组，各175例，观察组给予预见性护理，对照组给予常规护理，比较效果。结果 观察组患者采血晕厥发生率为3.4%，患者满意度为98.3%，明显优于对照组9.7%、83.4%(P<0.05)，两组采血后FPG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对糖尿病患者进行预见性护理，可有效降低采血时晕厥的发生率，提高患者满意度。
