[摘要] 目的 探討全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用价值。 方法 选取2017年8月—2018年8月于该院进行治疗的糖尿病患者共计124例，所有患者均符合WHO关于糖尿病的相关诊断要求，根据患者的就诊时间将患者分为全程组和常规组，常规组患者进行常规的护理，全程组患者在常规组的基础上实行全程健康教育模式，对比两组患者的疗效以及患者相关知识掌握情况和自我管理能力。 结果 全程组患者治疗的总有效率较之常规组要更高，全程组患者的知识掌握情况和自我管理能力较之常规组都要更好，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对糖尿病患者采用基于全程健康教育模式的护理方式，能够有效提高患者的临床治疗效果，具有重要的临床意义，值得推广使用。
