[摘要] 目的 探讨循证护理在妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围术期护理中的应用效果。 方法 选取2017年5月—2018年5月该院收治的妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者合计120例，根据患者的就诊时间将其分为循证组和常规组，常规组患者进行常规护理，循证组患者则使用循证护理进行护理，对比两组患者的生活质量相关指标。 结果 循环组患者的生活质量的相关指标相较于常规组要更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的围术期护理中应用循证护理能够有效提高患者手术后的生活质量，改善患者的预后情况，具有重要的临床意义，值得推广使用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in perioperative nursing of gynecologic oncology patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 120 patients with gynecologic oncology and diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled.
