[摘要] 目的 探讨经皮肾镜超声联合气压弹道术治疗肾结石合并糖尿病的手术配合方法与效果。 方法 回顾性分析63例于2017年1月—2018年1月在该院行经皮肾镜超声联合气压弹道术的肾结石合并糖尿病患者的临床资料，分析其手术配合方法，并评价其效果。 结果 患者一期碎石清除率为85.71%，二期碎石清除率为100.00%，术中及术后均未出现严重并发症，术后随访患者均恢复良好，肾功能恢复正常。结论 经皮肾镜超声联合气压弹道术治疗肾结石合并糖尿病的临床疗效较好，术中良好的手术配合可促进手术的顺利完成，提高结石清除率，避免发生严重并发症，值得在临床当中推广应用。
