[摘要] 目的 探讨糖尿病患者腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的效果。方法 选取该院2016年5月—2018年5月收治的糖尿病合并胆囊结石患者54例，随机分为2组各27例，观察组给予腹腔镜下胆囊切除术，对照组给予开腹手术。 结果 术后观察组FPG、2 hPG升高程度明显小于对照组(P<0.05)，术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为3.7%，明显低于对照组14.8%(P<0.05)。 结论 糖尿病患者实施腹腔镜下胆囊切除术能有效降低手术风险，减少并发症，利于控制血糖。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in diabetic patients.
