[摘要] 2型糖尿病和高血压合并发生时，发生心血管疾病的风险成倍增加，有效控制血糖和血压是，降低并发症发生和降低病死率的关键。疾病的治疗需在进行生活方式，饮食控制，体重控制，合理运动等非药物治疗的基础上，加用药物治疗将血糖和血压控制到目标范围内。该文主要阐述了目前针对2型糖尿病合并高血压的患者在治疗上的进展。
