[摘要] 该文介绍了当前国内糖尿病的基本情况，阐述了全程护理的两种模式，并就糖尿病患者入院、住院、出院3个阶段的全程护理形式作了研究，指出了当前全程护理过程中存在的问题及下步的改进方向。
