[摘要] 目的 探讨金水宝胶囊联合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年1月—2018年10月于该院就诊的早期糖尿病肾病患者30例，将其分为对照组与研究组，各15例，对照组采取氯沙坦口服治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予金水宝胶囊口服，比较两组患者治疗前后尿微量蛋白排泄率(UAER)等指标水平。结果 治疗后研究组UAER(137.4±43.5)mg/24 h，对照组UAER(161.7±50.8)mg/24 h，差异有统计学意义(t=15.244， P<0.05)。结论 金水宝胶囊联合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病可显著降低UAER与SCr水平，减轻肾损伤的作用优于单纯西医治疗。
