[摘要] 目的 对乳腺癌合并高血压糖尿病患者的护理方法进行探析，且了解其对降低患者术后皮下积液的应用价值。方法 抽选该院2017年5月—2018年4月所接诊的86例乳腺癌合并高血压糖尿病患者作为研究对象，按入院日期尾数将患者分成甲乙两组，尾数为偶数者为甲组，尾数为奇数者为乙组。对甲组采取常规护理措施，在此基础之上，对乙组患者予以综合护理措施;比较两组患者术后皮下积液的发生率。结果 就皮下积液发生率而言，乙组(6.8%)低于甲组(31.0%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.251，P<0.05);乙组满意度(93.2%)高于甲组(83.3%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.198，P<0.05)。 结论 对乳腺癌合并高血压糖尿病患者予以综合护理措施，护理效果理想，且可降低术后皮下积液的发生。
